1. Cancellation

2. Return Conditions
Accepted only if:
- Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Product is unused and in original packaging
- Request made within 3 to 7 days after delivery
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable products
- Customized products
- Hygiene products (except if defective)
3. Refund
- After inspection and validation
- Refund via original payment method
- Processing time: 5 to 10 business days
4. Replacement
- Subject to availability
- Subject to compliance with return conditions
5. Cancellation by Vendor
In case of unavailability:
- Automatic full refund
- No additional charges
6. Shipping Fees
Non-refundable except for errors attributable to the vendor or BATIGUI.
7. Disputes
- Contact customer service first
- Internal processing according to BATIGUI procedure
- Final decision by the Platform
