1. Cancellation

  • Possible before shipment
  • Not possible after shipment

2. Return Conditions

Accepted only if:

  • Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Product is unused and in original packaging
  • Request made within 3 to 7 days after delivery

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable products
  • Customized products
  • Hygiene products (except if defective)

3. Refund

  • After inspection and validation
  • Refund via original payment method
  • Processing time: 5 to 10 business days

4. Replacement

  • Subject to availability
  • Subject to compliance with return conditions

5. Cancellation by Vendor

In case of unavailability:

  • Automatic full refund
  • No additional charges

6. Shipping Fees

Non-refundable except for errors attributable to the vendor or BATIGUI.


7. Disputes

  • Contact customer service first
  • Internal processing according to BATIGUI procedure
  • Final decision by the Platform
