How do I track my order?
You can track your order by going to "Your Orders" in your account. Click on the order you want to track, and you'll see the current status and tracking information if available.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. Go to "Your Orders", find the order, and click "Cancel Order". If the order has already shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
How do I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact our customer support immediately. Once an order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

What are the delivery options?
We offer standard delivery (3-7 business days) and express delivery (1-2 business days) for most areas in Guinea. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
Do you deliver to all regions?
We currently deliver to all major cities and regions in Guinea including Conakry, Kindia, Boké, Labé, Mamou, Faranah, Kankan, and N'Zérékoré.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight of items, and your delivery location. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order. Free shipping is available on select orders.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Some items like customized products are non-returnable.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Account & Security
How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password. The link expires after 24 hours.
How do I update my account information?
Go to "My Account" and click on "Account Settings". From there, you can update your name, email, phone number, and password.
